Final Year Fling
Law school is nothing without the people you meet and the friendships you build. There is simply no better opportunity to make new friends and lasting memories than attending a UQLS social event!
Keep an eye on the UQLS Facebook page, where we release all information about our events, dates, and links to purchase tickets. If you have any questions concerning our socials events, contact us at socials@uqls.com.
In true law student fashion, twice a semester, we hold a coffee catch up at Merlo. Bring your friends, forget about studying for an hour, and have a free coffee on us!

Trivia Night
Held in Semester One, Trivia Night is your chance to show off your knowledge about something other than Donoghue v Stevenson. Gather a team (or come alone and make some new friends) and buckle in for a night of trivia, accompanied by food and drink. Prizes to be won!
Celebrate the end of exams by coming along to the End of Semester Drinks! Blow off some steam and join us for a fun afternoon of drinks, dancing, and chatting with friends.
Quite simply the hottest ticket in the University social calendar, Law Ball promises a chance to wear a dinner suit or ball gown, a full night of cocktail-style drinks and food, a dance floor you won’t forget, and maybe even more… Law Ball is undoubtedly our biggest and best event of the year and is held towards the end of Semester One.
There’s something magical about roaming the city in silly shirts with a bunch of your new best mates. Every year we run Pub Crawl, in collaboration with UQBA and UQES, in which we move from pub to pub making for a fun day out for our members. This year, Pub Crawl will be in Semester Two
