UQ staff and students are proud to invite you to the inaugural UQ Law LGBTIQ+ Drinks on Thursday 26 July. Join us for canapés and drinks in the Forgan Smith Tower to celebrate the diverse community of students, staff and alumni at the TC Beirne School of Law. Whether you identify as gender diverse, sexuality diverse, intersex or an ally, this event is free and open for all to attend. 

We are excited for this event to also bring together the variety of support networks at UQ, including:

- The Law UQueers group, a safe and supportive group for gender and sexuality diverse law students, which can be joined by emailing lawuqueers@uqls.com; 

- UQ Union’s Gender & Sexuality VP Nick Comino; and

- Members from across the UQ Ally Network, including the Law School’s UQ Ally Representative, Dr Susannah Chapman, who can be contacted at susannah.chapman@uq.edu.au.
