NOTE:
  • Some firms may combine their recruitment of winter and summer clerks in the winter clerkship period. However the acceptance date for summer clerks remains as outlined above
  • In addition, some firms may follow the winter clerkship recruitment dates for their summer clerkships even if they do not offer winter clerkships. 
  • Acceptance for such offers will be as per the summer clerkship recruitment dates.  Students are encouraged to go to the websites of the firms they are applying to for further information on when clerkships are held.
  • There are processes available to make complaints regarding the conduct of member firms. At first instance, students should raise the complaint with the firm. In the alternative, the complaint may be forwarded to the Student Society President who will deal with it confidentially.
